Virta operates a pre-paid service. With Virta you will have access to over 100,000 charging stations internationally via our Mobile App and RFID cards.

When you sign up to Virta you deposit £30 to your charging account. Charging events are billed to your account according to the pricing at the chosen charging point. With our £1 monthly minimum charge, you’ll have access to hundreds of free charging stations.

For your convenience the account is automatically topped up by £30 from your registered credit card when the balance drops below £10. We will send you a receipt for the top up automatically via email to your registered email address.

You’ll be asked to add a payment card to register. The minimum billable amount per month is 1.00. This means that if the sum of your charging sessions in a calendar month is below 1.00, we will bill 1.00. Depending on your location, charge tag deliveries can take up to DELIVERY_TERMS_DAYS days. We will deliver your order as quickly as possible. Thank you for your patience!
